You guys really do a great job at making the agents feel like they are your only customer!  Many of the other Advertising type companies treat them like they are just a number… with most Agents, service comes first above everything else!  Dan Cohen (new Agent) was very appreciative when I sent him your way… he was very impressed with Lauren’s prompt responses every time he sent Lauren an email!

I use Iconica for most of my design/print work. They managed my Branding materials beautifully and I’ve been very pleased with their service, the quality of their work and their quick turnaround time.  As I mentioned, we sat down and went through all of it to begin with, made some minor adjustments and created templates that we use for all sorts of things from just listed cards, to feature sheets, to door hangers.  They do a lot of my printing but you also have the option of purchasing any pdf that they create and printing yourself – it would depend on the job.  This might make sense for things like feature sheets for you and your colleague given that ICONICA is at Yonge & St. Clair in Toronto and you are out in Mississauga but the bigger more complex print jobs would probably be better managed by Iconica.
